We were repeat customers until today, when their tech decided to blindside us with an additional $150 plus tax over and above a previous estimate they had provided for a simple baffle repair. The previous estimate was done during our last septic pump, where the tech suggested a baffle repair and took photos on his tablet at the time of service. Everything was clear as day what the agreement was for, and no additional costs should have ever been added. After calling the office, the tech became agitated and continued pressing us with the additional charge. Meanwhile we called the office as well, only to be told there was no management available to resolve the issue with the discrepancy of the estimate. Needless to say we had the tech leave without completing any work. We have yet to hear from management and why this happened in the first place. On top of that, our tanks turned out to be full (and unexpectedly huge) but he handled it like a champ and got our previously-sewage-filling-house in a good enough place for plumbers to look at later this week. We will be going to Baker Septic for our future needs and requesting Terry whenever possible. He was so communicative, helpful, and downright competent.
